Labrum and ‘Top Boy’ Launch Hackney Wick FC’s 2023/24 kit

2023-09-21

This week, Labrum's Foday Dumbuya showcased his SS24 collection at London Fashion Week, unveiling his latest partnership with Hackney Wick FC and the popular Netflix series 'Top Boy' in addition to his luxury designs.

‘Top Boy’, which is predominantly set and filmed in Hackney, released its final season on Netflix this month. After three well-received seasons, the show has gained a loyal fan base. This is the second time Labrum and ‘Top Boy’ have come together to create the Hackney Wick FC kit, with last seasons kit proving popular.

Rapper and Hackney native Unknown T walked the Labrum runway at LFW, donning the full Hackney Wick x Top Boy tracksuit. The black jacket featured a subtle tonal triangle pattern, with 'LABRUM' and the distinctive Hackney Wick emblem elegantly accented in gold, while Netflix's iconic logo retained its signature red hue. The accompanying trousers were sleek and black, mirroring the jacket's refined details.

Beneath the tracksuit, Unknown T sported the vibrant green Hackney Wick kit from their collaboration, with the eye-catching gold zigzag pattern peeping out from beneath the jacket. The jersey itself was a bold and one-of-a-kind piece, with Dumbuya incorporating a subtle, all-encompassing design featuring Hackney's various postcodes.

The HWFC x Top Boy collection is now available for purchase on Kitlocker, with all proceeds directly benefiting the club.
